By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Account Creation

You may sign up with Google or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

Subscription

• Fair Use: We may monitor usage and take action on misuse that violates our fair use policy.
• Payment: Subscriptions (monthly/quarterly/yearly) are processed via Paddle. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled from your account settings.
• No Prorated Refunds: If you cancel early, service remains active until the end of the paid period with no proration.

Refunds

You may request a refund within three (3) days of the initial purchase. Accounts that have consumed more than 1,000 words within this period are not eligible. See our Refund Policy.

You agree to comply with applicable laws and refrain from activities that interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
