Eligibility

Account Creation

You can create an account on ZeroQuill AI by signing up with your Google account or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription

• Fair Use Policy: We operate under a fair use policy and reserve the right to monitor and take action against any usage that violates this policy.
• Payment: You can subscribe to the Service on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. Payment is processed through Paddle using debit or credit cards. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by you. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.
• No Prorated Refunds: Please note that if you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of your subscription period, we do not offer prorated refunds. The service will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.

Refunds

Our refund policy allows you to request a refund within three (3) days of your initial purchase. This timeframe gives you the opportunity to evaluate our services and decide if they meet your needs. However, if you have utilized more than 1,000 words from our service within this period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service, its servers, or networks.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
